Awesum Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates mobile applications including NutriAI and FitPlan, and the website awesumlabs.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (via Firebase Authentication).
• Profile & app data: information you enter such as age, height, weight, dietary preferences, workout history, meal logs, and plans generated in the app.
• Usage data: basic diagnostics and crash reports to improve stability (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics).
• AI requests: prompts and context sent to our servers to generate meal plans, workouts, or insights. We do not sell this data.

How we use information

• Provide and sync your plans across devices
• Generate personalized AI recommendations
• Process subscriptions and entitlements
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

Third-party services

We use trusted providers including:

• Google Firebase (authentication, crash reporting)
• Cloud hosting for our API (Railway)
• RevenueCat (subscription management, when enabled)
• AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) via our secure backend

These services process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to operate our apps.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting rahul.rk0627@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless we must retain it for legal obligations.

Security

We use HTTPS, server-side API keys, and industry-standard authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
